These 10 Minute Changes Could Help Save People's Lives



There just seems to never be enough time in ONE day to get everything on your list completed.

There’s the shopping, the meal preparation, the gym, and of course, the eight to ten hours PER DAY at the office.

The rest, of course, is rounded out by sleeping, watching TV, reading books, or anything else that you can cram into your already packed schedule.

Now, when it comes to weight loss: who has the time or the effort to lose weight, and more importantly, keep it off, especially if you are tired?

Look, I’m not going to tell you it’s a cake walk (no pun intended) or that it’s going to be easy to change EVERYTHING you know, but if you follow these five steps, in as little as 10 minutes EVERYDAY, you may change your life FOREVER.



All It Takes Is 10 Minutes

There never seems to be enough time to get everything done in ONE day, let alone a whole week.

You may then start to avoid things on your list, or put them off until the next day.

Sometimes, the number ONE thing that you put off is your exercise program.

And if you continue to put it off, then you may eventually stop going…

Stop trying to change your life…

All because you lack the time to do it!

But if you MAKE the time for yourself, then I could almost guarantee, you will start to see noticeable changes to your hips, butt, thighs, and abs.


So here you go…

Here are the five changes that may dramatically increase your FAT LOSS, without disrupting the normal course of your day.

Plus, it should only take about 10 minutes to complete.

1. Eat Breakfast

Now this tip is the MOST IMPORTANT.

Breakfast is the most important meal of your day.

It may stimulate your metabolism, start the fat burning process early, and prevent you from overeating at other meals, such as lunch, snacks, or dinner.

All you need is 10 minutes (five minutes actually) and you can have a heart-healthy bowl of steel cut oats.

Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top (natural spice linked to blood sugar control) and some flaxseed or berries, and you have a meal fit for a king (or queen) all in less than 10 minutes a day.

This breakfast is full of fat-busting fiber, carbs that your body needs to breakdown protein, and plenty of antioxidants (from the berries) to keep you full, satisfied, and fat fighting the whole entire morning.

2. Do 10 Minutes of High Intensity Training

Nothing gets your heart pumping like high-intensity-interval training.

This form of training, which incorporates short, intense bouts of exercise, with longer rest times, has been shown by research to propel your fat loss results.

It not only burns fat, but it continues to burn fat LONGER (sometimes as much as 24 - 48 hours) than taking a short, brisk walk.

If you’re crunched for time, start by jogging in place, followed by 30 second periods of running with high knees or sprinting in place.

This will push your body to the limit, burn MORE calories, and bust through your fat stores – all in 10 minutes.

3. Eat A Low-fat Yogurt With Berries (my favorite is raspberries)

It has been shown that many overweight (and obese) people are lacking in vitamin D.

This has been linked to being overweight, obesity, and a higher chance of developing diabetes.

But you may be able to improve YOUR levels by simply having a low-fat yogurt.

Top your yogurt off with some berries and you have a healthy snack, that will boost your intake of fat burning protein, healthy doses of vitamin D, and antioxidants that may keep you healthy and fit.

Depending on the type of berry you top it off with, there could be a slower release of sugar, which could result in a slower release of insulin (which is a good thing for fat burning).

So if you want to MORE burn fat, include a low-fat yogurt with berries, it could not only skyrocket your fat burning, but may even boost your brain health in the process.

4. Take the Stairs, Avoid the Elevator

This one is very simple, and may provide the best bang for your fat loss buck.

If you work in a place that has an elevator, then your best bet, to keep your fat burning going, is to take the stairs.

Allow yourself enough time, of course, but this could be a great workout, a great way to break up your day, and very bad news for your fat stores.

Climbing stairs may not only burn more calories, but that repetitive up and down motion could also develop leg strength, muscle development, and muscle tone.

If there isn’t an elevator, simply map out a short-10 minute loop around your office, parking lot, or outside where you can take a brisk walk mixing in some high-intensity interval training.

5. Exercise at Your Desk

Nothing breaks up your day better than including a little bit of exercise – at your desk!

Pick five to six exercises that will target your whole body, and perform them right in the comfort of your office or cubicle.

Squats, overhead presses, desk or chair push-ups, and planks, are great exercises that do not take up a whole lot of space.

Plus, doing strength training exercises, research suggests, may boost your metabolism, by adding lean muscle mass onto your body.

The more lean mass you have, the more energy you need in order to sustain it.

So if you want to burn fat, get healthy, and look good while doing it, try adding in strength exercises at your desk, twice a day, to optimize your results.
